our guesthouse

the idea was to create a "home away from home", a place where people could enjoy the independence and privacy of a hotel room. with the coziness and "feeling home" of a bed & breakfast.

the place

you will be a guest in a former villa with a romantic garden. the house was completely remodeled in 2000. all our rooms have an individual touch. they are nicely painted and creatively decorated.

the rooms

1 single, 1 twin, 1 double

they share a bathroom, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine. the rooms can be rented individually or as an entire apartment.

occupancy   5 - 6 sometimes more

all our rooms are non smoking

the  location       

 we are located in MILBERTSHOFEN, in the northern central part of the city.  we are close to the Olympic park, BMW, MOC and about 30 minutes (direct connection) from the Munich trade faire center (Neue Messe München). there is an underground stop right across the street. it takes you 10 minutes go downtown (central station or marienplatz), and a ride of 40 minutes to the airport.

all you need                                                                  

 in the neighborhood there is a laundromat, an internet cafe and all kind of small shops for the daily shopping.... bakery, fruit and vegetables, cheese, meat, etc. .supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are around the corner.

how to get there                          

from the airport follow the big  S ( S-Bahn - which means fast train) to the "Zentralbereich". buy your ticket and take the S1 to FELDMOCHING. from there you take the U2 (under-ground) to MILBERTSHOFEN. take the exit KEFERLOHERSTR. to your left. our house number 94 is across the street.

from central station (Hauptbahnhof München) take the U2 direction FELDMOCHING to MILBETSHOFEN. the exit is KEFERLOHERSTR. the left exit....cross the street ...and be welcomed.
